What's your COV-19 Game Plan?
There are 4 specific areas that you need to create a gameplan for during the next 8-12 weeks. Do you know what they are?
Let's jump on a ZOOM CALL this week and discuss your GAME PLAN for the next sevearl weeks!! Once you get the initial 2-week plan in up and running we can discuss longer-term impacts
Life transformation can be the #1 result associated with your student ministry and we believe you need the right tools in your toolbox to make it a reality.
What are the Key 3?
I'm not suggesting these are the ONLY 3, but simply the KEY 3. Think about the various systems in your body... there are 10 different systems, but which ones are essential? Your Brain, Your Heart, and your Breathing. Maybe your student ministry systems are working okay, but are you satisfied with just being OKAY? (Thanks AT&T)
Let's have a conversation today to discuss your next steps.
Hey friends, I've been serving students and parents for the past 20 years as a youth pastor in the local church. I started with 5 kids + my wife and me in the first youth group. In my last church, we impacted 160 students + 40 adult leaders on a weekly basis.
I am passionate about developing student and adult leaders who live out their God-given calling every day.
Dallas Willard once said, "your system is designed to give you exactly what you are getting."
In my experience, a student ministry can grow and equip students if the Key 3 are working together.
They are interrelated so a compartmentalized approach does not work. You need a customized game plan for your context. Also, they are scalable, so as your ministry grows each of the Key 3 need to be tweaked and adjusted to sustain maximum impact.
What's your next milestone in your ministry context and do you have a game plan on how to get there? Over the years I've learned a few tools that create clarity and momentium in ministry. If you're at a growth point or just starting a new role, then now is a great time to make a few adjusts that will catapult your kingdom impact!
