Hey friends, I've been serving students and parents for the past 20 years as a youth pastor in the local church. I started with 5 kids + my wife and me in the first youth group. In my last church, we impacted 160 students + 40 adult leaders on a weekly basis. 

I am passionate about developing student and adult leaders who live out their God-given calling every day. 

Dallas Willard once said, "your system is designed to give you exactly what you are getting." 

In my experience, a student ministry can grow and equip students if the Key 3 are working together.

They are interrelated so a compartmentalized approach does not work.  You need a customized game plan for your context.  Also, they are scalable, so as your ministry grows each of the Key 3 need to be tweaked and adjusted to sustain maximum impact.
